Located in a wonderful 15th century villa, Villa Camerata hostel is surrounded by a huge park and botanical garden, away from the noise of the city but close enough to reach the city centre by bus. It is close to a swimming pool, football stadium and the Nelson Mandela forum that hosts important concerts, theatre performances and cultural events.

The hostel offers a range of accommodation options including dormitories and private rooms, and a wide range of facilities are available including free Wi-Fi, Internet access, satellite TV, cinema and table tennis. Meals are also available and there’s a bar where you can chill-out and chat to other travellers.

Youth hostel Villa Camerata makes a great starting point for visiting some of Florence’s sights, whether in the city centre at places such as the Uffizi Gallery or Piazza della Signoria, or further afield in the medieval villages and picturesque Tuscan countryside.
