Staff members seemed distracted when dealing with me as customer and very negative about the new years eve celebrations. Clearer directions would have been good to have to get to local supermarket or maybe a map with the supermarkets already marked (simlar to melbourne yha). Maybe hold some of the popular bus time tables. Would recommend saying on the website not to pay for return airbus if you have to be there before six thirty as the buses don't run before 5.30am! Difficult to get refund.
