This place is gloriously run down and quirky. A lot of the European guests wanted to celebrate Australia Day by becoming outrageously drunk and noisy. Ah well, you take the good with the bad. Over all, we loved it in the way that you love an eccentric old aunt. would recommend it

Staff not always available during office hours. Noyce levels high, and through the night, not only Friday, but Saturday and Sunday (l stayed a total of 4 nights) nights as well. Males barging in to female rooms without knocking, no aircon, styfelling hot. Having said that, atmosphere was good, and many stays because they feel at home.
