Booking Centres Terms & Conditions
Your booking is confirmed and is subject to any conditions highlighted to you during the booking process and on your booking statement. Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. You must check-in at your destination hostel(s) before 18:00 (6pm) local time. If you are unable to do this, you must contact the hostel(s) directly before 18:00 (6pm) local time to confirm a later arrival time. Failure to do this may result in your booking being cancelled. To cancel your booking, either log on to www.hihostels.com (“My Bookings/Cancellations”) with your unique booking password (212121212ABCDE), or contact the destination hostel directly, quoting your booking reference number. Cancellations can be made at any time prior to arrival. If you are able to cancel at least 24 hours before arrival, you will help to make a bed available to other travellers. Changes to bookings can only be made directly with your destination hostel(s). All changes are at the discretion of the hostel manager.
