Everything was good except having instant Nescafe or awful machine coffee for breakfast. I was very surprised by this as it was in Italy. The Youth Hostel at Menaggio, Lake Como had thermoses of hot real coffee. The staff, Mateo, Agnese and Mohammed were wonderful! I'm sure the coffee was not their decision. They were always pleasant, friendly and helpful. My bed was made for me and my room cleaned and tidied every day! I will stay there again when I go back to Rome.

The staff was so awesome and took care of getting us back and forth to the train station. Very nice place to stay and Sagarolo is a nice little town. Tip: Check ahead to find out if there will be a group there while you stay...for two days we had a youth group of teenagers stay there and they were very noisy. Otherwise it was a great experience...I would definitely stay there again!! :-)

It's a quite month to come. Only myself staying in a large dorm! Very clean. Staff are very friendly and are willing to help. Staff would pick you up in a few minutes after receiving call from the train station. Breakfast was very simple and was not up to standard. Conditions in the visitor kitchen need to be modernised. Train from Rome Termini to Zagarolo took about 25 minutes. I took the train to the hostel by 18:00 on Friday. The train was very packed and most of the passengers had to squeezed in like sardines! It was because the previous train was delayed and so passengers from two services had to packed in one train. When I went back to Rome in a Sunday afternoon, the train @ 12:57 was delayed by 57 minutes! Luckily my flight to Vienna due at 18:00. So, one has to allow sufficient time to travel back to Rome! There is a super-value supermarket -'EuroSpin' which is opposite to the hostel, Foods and items sold there are very economical

I was totally impressed with this hostel... Very European in attitude and standards... The staff put themselves out to be sure you were happy and satisfied with all aspects of the hostel. when we got to the train station they asked that we call them and they came to pick us up. In the morning they would drive us to the train station in time for us to get the train for Rome... This service was great and saved us so much time during the day. There is a good grocery store at the bottom of the hill from the hostel which had great prices for food and beer... There is also a little bar at the hotel in case you wish to have a beer or glass of mine with your dinner... And, if you place your order in advance they will prepare you a lunch or dinner for a very reasonable price...

Take a look on "Rail" section for more infos about how to get to Wiki hostel once you are in Rome Termini train station. 2) From CIAMPINO ("G. B. Pastine") airport : serving all the major low cost flight companies it is located 20min South outside of Rome downtown, in this case you can get to Wiki directly from Ciampino train station (it means you do NOT need to get to Rome Termini train station first). When you arrive go out the airport exit door, and just look for a ride to Ciampino train station. Ciampino train station it is about 5/10 minutes from Ciampino airport, but you can just reach the station by bus or taxi (no by walking). The bus stop just in front of the exit, it is the best and cheapest (about 1 Euro) solution, ask directly if the bus it is ok for Ciampino train station and buy directly from him your ticket. Check the bus timetable, if the waiting for the next bus it is too long you are forced to ask for a ride to the taxi driver, please note taxi they do not have to ask more than the due for a short same local area ride (till 10/15 Euro is ok, more it is not). Take a look on "Rail" section for more infos about how to get to Wiki hostel once you are in Ciampino train station. It not possible to go to Ciampino train station by walking.
