Strongly reconmmend! As far as I am concerned, this is the best hostel in Vienna! The location in very near the Musem Quatier and Holfburg, very convient and save time!!!! I will always live here in Vienna!

Some really good staff and others unfriendly and unhelpful to say the least. Very Complex and tedious door locks, though may be the safest ones. who needs that level of safety ? Strangely designed unhygenic toilets

There were a lot of groups staying at the hostel, spring break, and often the noise was extreme. Any rooms with windows over the courtyard were subject to the noise and smoke. No staff intervened to set some limits.

little far to the metro station nice breakfast.. buffet, tastes good good places near the hostel, able to have dinner staff is not kind.. I lost mobile phone and asked help to reception staff, but he refused my offer.

staff is usually more friendly in hostels and tourist facilities, maybe it is austrian people i dont know.staff looked bothered for any question but of course they answered great food for breakfast and lunch

betther pillows would be nice. When i made reservations for a taxi, i was not informed of the standard 4 euro chg in addition to the meter.
Hostel Overview
Situated a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from the new "Museumsquartier", the hostel offers easy access to sightseeing and shopping. Rooms have 4-6 beds.Our modern hostel, situated right in the centre of Vienna close to the “Museumsquartier” and Spittelberg, offers all the mod cons.
Many attractions and shops are just a short walk away and underground stations and bus stops are very close.
Accommodation is in rooms with 2-6 beds (bunks) with en suite shower (some with WC). You can feel totally safe with us: we have a high-tech electronic lock system, secure private lockers (bring your own padlock), state-of-the-art fire alarm and our reception is open 24 hours (no curfew).
We have a lounge with free WiFi and cable TV and other entertainment equipment, an inner courtyard with lots of greenery in typical Viennese style, two Internet terminals and we offer free luggage storage on arrival/departure day. Monday to Friday our kitchen prepares a 3-course dinner, offering a selection of good home cooking and vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices.
