Very clean and modern facility, but extremely expensive for the simplistic/minimalist room and the fact that you have to make your own bed. Towels/internet are not included as is the case at most hostels. Breakfast is good quality.

One soap dispenser in a toilet/ shower room was left empty for both of our 2 nights.
Hostel Overview
Stay at the Valbella-Lenzerheide Hostel and enjoy the views of Lake Heid and the mountainous landscapes of this popular resort. With ample ski slopes in the winter and opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in the summer, this modern youth hostel is in a great location right next to the Stätzerhorn ski lift.Accommodation comprises of 2, 4 and 6 bedded rooms and there are extensive facilities including a cosy lounge, common room, games room (with table tennis and table football), ski and boot room, Internet access and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included in the price and in the winter an evening meal is included too.
Hostel Valbella-Lenzerheide is just 30 minutes by bus from Chur and a 25 minute walk from the nearest bus-stop. As well as skiing, hiking and biking, you can go swimming or boating in Lake Heid, walk a variety of nature trails or just chill-out on the sun terrace and admire the views.
Also if you want some fast-paced fun make sure you visit ‘Big Pintenfritz’, Europe's longest toboggan run - running from Pradaschier in Graubünden down to Churwalden, this 3km long ride is better than some rollercoasters!
