I was a bit taken aback when I realised that I had to go outside to another part of the building to shower and use the toilet. However I would stay there again if I happened to be in the area!

Чудесное жилье в лесу, конечно без фъердов, но как промежуточный пункт - отлично и дешево (и душ горячий и постельное белье входит в стоимость)

Hostel Overview
The hostel is located in an old, well-preserved building. Uvdal is a part of the beautiful Numedal Valley. Easy access to the wildlife park Langedrag Villmarkspark and to Uvdal Stave Church from the 12th century. There are excellent opportunities for walking, fishing and rafting in the area. Horse-center nearby the Hostel. Uvdal Alpin.Uvdal Hostel is located in a well kept building from 1905. The hostel has in total 44 beds in the main building and 22 beds in another modern building behind the hostel. It is possible to rent "the big cabin" on request.
Uvdal Hostel serves dinner in advance at NOK 130, - / 150, - per person. The hostel is open from June to September. Rooms are rented out on request in the off season.
Uvdal is a part of the beautiful Numedal Valley. Easy access to the wildlife park Langedrag Villmarkspark and to Uvdal Stave Church from the 12th century. There are excellent opportunities for walking, fishing and rafting in the area. The hostel can organise sightseeing to old summer dairies.
