Ulsteinvik is a perfect location for trips to the bird island Runde (35 km from the hostel) and Ålesund (10 km and 20 minutes by boat from the hostel). The fabulous mountains of Sunnmøre is just a short drive away with spectacular hiking oportunities. Ulsteinvik is a perfect place to spend a night or more when driving along the coastal route of Norway.
