1. We arrived the hotel at PM1:00, and no opening, no one, no reception until PM4:00? I didn't find the later check in service notice while I did the reservation. 2. The area of hotel has no any food or convenience store to supply meal to customers at noon and night time. People have to walk around 1KM away for lunch. Has no dinner anywhere at night time, customer have to spend 2 hours just for dinner by train. Unfortunately, the train is go and forth every one or two hours. 3. The breakfast is opening at AM7:30, but the early train is departure at AM7:51. Sorry the host does agree to open the service a little bit early for customer that we have enough time to catch the train. 4. It was nightmare staying at the hotel? it cost 8000yen for two people one night. I stayed at Ramada Sapporo (3-4 stars) as the same price with much better service and convenient location? 5. Could I get money back for such as bad experience?

①Our YH is opened from 6:00 to 24:00 and check in time is from 15:00 to 23:00.
If you arrive here at 13:00, you can leave your luggage here.
②Our charge of twin room is 7,600yen.
③Our breakfast is from 7:00 to 8:30.
Please check the hotel that you stayed at on 19th in May.
Our YH is near Gakuenmae station of Subway Toho line.
These is no any other hotel around Gakuenmae station.
Did you go to Gakenmae station? Where did you go?

The only major problem I found is the smoking smell inside the elevator and around the smoking room. The japanese baths were the best on my tour trough Japan. Congratulations for the cleanliness.Breakfast was interersting for my first time in Japan.

My experience was slightly different than most; I stayed in the dorm, but I was the only one, so I paid a lower price for more space, which was cool. Getting to the hostel isn`t bad for someone who knows a bit about Sapporo`s layout already, but I can see how people might have trouble finding it.

The location of 1.5 minutes walk from subway exit is great. BEDS not bunks is a plus. Cleanliness of every thing and friendly staff what more could you ask for. Female traveling alone, 67 years 'old'

It is really good to have 7 nights there.There is a big public bathroom.When you are tired after traveling all day or attending to a conference,it's great to have a bath in the clean and comfortable bathpool.The facility of the hotel is new,and there is free wifi at the lobby.Though it's far from my meeting place,it's convenient to go to downtown.Overall,I have a good experience in this International YH Sapporo.
