The service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only real problem I ran into while staying here was the sheets were too small for the bed. Even after I switched sheets they were still too small and I found that everyone in my room at least had the same problem. I found that very odd. But other than that, the hostel was fairly comfortable for a couple of nights stay.
Extremely accommodating staff who go out of their way to help you. Walking distance to the town and cathedral.
I think staying with a family is rather expensive as opposed to staying as a single person.
Reception staff also busy with meal preparation and service. Could have done with an extra body. Great job by the guys who were on duty.
hostel in nice residential area next to river, but a bit far from railroad station/old town. could improve beds with individual bed lamps; no electrical outlet in room to recharge phone/computer.
Good location close to center, friendly helpfull staff, nice house but
unfortunately poorly decorated (e.g. paint from ceiling in breakfast room). Probably lack of money. What a pity for such a lovely building..
It only takes one staff member to affect the experience of staying somewhere and the staff member who was abrupt with my husband affected the rating for the whole hostel.
Thanyou for everything!!
Everyone crammed into room 1. Creaky floor . One window cannot close. Door does not close behind you.
Pease add more power outlets and lights over the bunks-otherwise everthings fine.
