I had an excellent stay - comfortable, safe and an excellent breakfast. As a single female traveller I can really recommend this as a place to stay.

Breakfeast not included (70 SEK)!!! I missed fruit in the breakfeast. Coffe as bad as other hostels. One of the toilets with soap shortages. Nice quiet rooms orientated to the inner Garden. Big flat tv screen in the room and wi-fi. Confortable temperature in the room. Nice decoration and beds. Slightly scarce common spaces (at the entry and before breakfeastroom). Centrally located, 5 minutes from Metro Station.

One of the best hostels I've been to. Exactly like a hotel - even had a small refrigerator and a flat panel TV in the room. Very quiet for our 5 nights there. Less than a block from the Fridhemsplan metro station (exit through the Drottningsholmvagen side of the metro station for the shortest walk)

One of the best hostels we have stayed in. Had 7 stoves/ovens in the kitchen and plenty of bench/table space for everyone.

Seemed more like a hotel than a hostel. Absolutely wonderful though. Really close the the metro which was ideal.

Good comfortable rooms. Bathrooms need more hooks or shelves as tiny. Public transport makes distance from centre of city quite workable. Hiring out and running individual fridges seems a bit over the top.

Welcome to STF Fridhemsplan, Stockholm’s largest and most modern hostel! Situated close to the city centre, you have access to all of what our beautiful and bustling capital has to offer! We have comfortable hotel beds in all of our rooms. Rent of bed linen and towels is included in the price, and of course your bed will be made for you! Cleaning of your room on the departure day is included in the price as well. Planning to bring your lap top? We have free Internet access and Wi-Fi in the whole building. Forgot your lap top? No worries, we have guest computers for you to use, free of charge and with internet access.Start your day off in the best way possible; with our lovely breakfast buffet! We offer a wide variety of breakfast foods; different types of bread, cheese, ham, eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, cottage cheese, vegetables, juice, tea, coffee. The buffet is served every day.
During your stay here, you are free to use our clean, well equipped guest kitchen. You also have the possibility to rent your own private fridge to store your food in.
For your service and security, our reception is open 24/7 and there is no curfew. Check-in is between 15:00-18:00. You pay at check-in; we accept all major credit cards. If you wish to pay in cash please note we only accept SEK (no USD, Euro etc.). Arriving late? Please contact us, or your booking will not be valid.
Upon check-in, guests who are non-members of HI and YHA and staying in our hostel rooms (rooms with shared bathroom facilities) will pay a small fee of 50 SEK/Person/night.
**Please note that our single rooms with private bathroom and our dormitory rooms lack windows**
