Hostel Overview
The hostel is situated along the coastline between Härnösand and Örnsköldsvik, where you can truly experience the World Heritage listed Höga Kusten (High Coast).The facility is beautifully set amidst the outstanding nature of Ångermanland, with impressive views over the bay of Dockstafjärden.
The central location makes the hostel a great starting point for exploring the area. Enjoy a full day trip on the ocean with ferries travelling between Docksta and Ulvön.
The hostel offers more than accommodation. During the summer months there’s a barn dance in the nearby Kustladen (coastal hall) every Friday. Children love the heated pool, while next to the facility there’s a farm museum situated in a unique half-timbered building from the 1860’s.
