had a great stay in don jamie,great place to party and meet other travellers,the staff were exellent in attending to my every needs,i would recommebd to everyone to stay in this hostel,but its a mith that there is 7 chicks to 1 man here in rosario not true but good luck

Hostel Overview
La Casona de Don Jaime is the best place for you to stay in Rosario. Located Downtown, just meters away from the city´s main attractions and just a few blocks aways from the Paraná River. We are the first and only International Youth Hostel in Rosario. It is built in a last century house that keeps the family warmth and spirit. Hosted by young travelers that know exactly what you are looking for in a hostel. La Casona´s staff is looking forward to make your stay a great experience, so you feel safety and comfortable. Like at home.We are the only members of Hostelling International in Rosario. We are proud of our city, and it is going to be a pleasure to help you to get to know it, because share is what we do best.
La Casone offers you different services so that you will feel comfortable and safe: the breakfast is included every day, we have a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want. Another option is to enjoy our regional food at the ROOTS bar. On Sundays at noon, we gather in the patio to share the traditional Argentinian roast. We also have Internet access, a library with books exchange and a screen to show the best movies.
Museums, theatres, cinemas and theme bars are some of the cultural things Rosario has to offer, as well as one of the best nights out in the country: pubs, bowling, tango parties and much more.
With us you will be able to know the city in depth. From urban strolls to all the alternative tourism like kayaks (with a roast $60, €14.44), cabins on the island ($120, € 28.89 for 2 people aprox.), paragliding (with video and photo $400, €96.29), City tour, expedition along the River (with roast beef $100, €24.07), bicycles ($25, €6 per day), Rapel and Climbing on cliffs ($40 €9.62), Horseriding ($50, €12 aprox.), Photo Safari, water ski, Wind Surf, Football Matches on Sundays (con entrada $70, €16.84 with the entrance fee), Sailing ($80 aprox.€19.25), Climbing, Paintball, Indoor Karting, BBQ, Camping and drinks Happy Hour.
