Very good hostel in the downtown, with a nice patio, where are a nice tropical trees (orange, etc...).

hostel with no frills, seems to be state run with all the stamps and papers from the bureau. The toilet are spartan and the shower tap was very tricky to set up; bed, pillow and curtain were a little bit stinky but i had the linen for free. No safebox but you can leave your stuff at the reception; the staff is always patrolling. wifi is working, curfew at 12pm

Quite dirty in toilet and shower areas. Good location and cheap, but no toilet roll, soap, towels provided etc.

Great location just outside the Medina walls and a short walk from the main train station. The staff were very welcoming and gave me a map showing me what to see and do in Rabat. The dorms were not overly comfortable (not the best beds) but the courtyard was a nice social area and the wifi was reliable and fast. Shame most of the guests were locals rather than travellers.

thisis the wrost hostel I have stayed at anywhere in the world. There was no heat, no hot water, no sheets to rent in spite of syaing there were, no toilet paper. It was not clear how to lock the door to the room. There were apparently local men who insisted on swtiching the TV channel due to the fact that they were male--creepy. We were not informed that the outside door would be loacked till 8 am so we could not get out before that.

Overall very happy with one minor complaint: the "hot" shower seemed anything but. Helps if you can speak French :)

Hostel Overview
The Rabat hostel is a traditional Riad (Moroccan house) located in the heart of the city, near the beach and historic monuments.
