Booked in advance with quote for 10000chp per night. When checking out, presented my membership card and staff would not accept it for 10% discount. Also made me pay with cash when I tried to use my credit. Best thing; female support staff and their curtious nature. Male manager seemed indifferent.

We arrived by bus at 11pm. The hostel had overbooked but luckily we confirmed our booking the day before arriving. They found us a bed and then recommended other places in our price range for the following nights. Also arranged transfer. This was a good service.

The staff we meet was insane, he didn't like us and showed it. Some kind of hyperactive man not really pleasant. Water drops was coming out of the roof windows. Drops falling on our staff and our beds. The room was cold because of this humidity. My first shower was the opportunity to meet a slug in the bath... But the breakfast is GREATTTTTTT

This destination is located in the southeast part of the region. It offers international tourist opportunities, both for the quality and variety of the tourist resources and because it is well equipped. It is set around the Villarrica, Huilipilún, Colico, Caburgua and Calafquén Lakes, and by the route that connects us with the Republic of Argentina through the border pass of Mamuil Malal. Its landscape is very beautiful, with green vegetation, hills, national parks, and the most important landmark, the stunning Villarrica Volcano. It includes, additionally, the city centres of Villarrica, Pucón and Lican Ray, all of them with a great tourist character.
