This is one of the best run hostels that I've ever stayed in. Great location, organized activities, helpful, multilingual staff. I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

The hostel is well situated near I.P.Pavlova which is one of the main metro stations so easy to access. The disadvantage is that is is situated on a busy road so that you have to choose in between having a quiet but to hot room or having a cooler but very noisy room. The room was clean, bed sheets were already there and for every bed there is a big locker box. The showers where clean but you don't really have any place to put your clothes inside the cabin. The staff was efficient and they were able to provide us with towels and a lock for the locker. Breakfast was a disappointment. Also the breakfast place didn't look appealing. There is a Paul at I.P.Pavlova :) The computers near the lobby with free internet are interesting and there is also a small kitchen where you can easily cook something for yourself. All together we would surely recommend this place to stay for a couple of nights but don't expect it to be cosy or high end. We already stayed in some better HI hostels

The rate is include breakfast, it is very nice. Towel and hair dryer are needed to ask from front desk.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked this place, but it was awesome! Quiet and clean and the staff were very helpful. They even offered a free Czech cooking class, where a lot of the hostelers chatted and bonded over potato pancakes (stayed in mid-April, 2012). Not to mention that they really give you a FULL breakfast!

Had an incredibly nice stay, the staff were friendly, always available and very helpful. They even made suggestions. It is a short walk from the centre of prague (a short walk that takes you past many cheap pubs) and was kept clean and breakfast was nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Hostel Advantage. Its convenient location in the city and excellent free tours available right at the hostel make it an excellent choice if you want a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay in Prague.

Hostel Overview
Prague Hostel Advantage is a cheap and cosy hostel located right in the center of Prague- 100m from underground station "I.P.Pavlova" (line C) and within 5-minute walk to the Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske namesti). It is a perfect point of departure for walks through the historical centre.NEW SAFETY KEY-CARD SYSTEM IMPLEMENTED IN THE HOSTEL FOR MORE PRIVACY, SECURITY AND COMFORT!
Hostel Advantage completely renovated all bathrooms and toilets and opened new ensuite rooms with bathrooms and toilets in spring 2007!
There is a friendly English speaking staff here for you at the reception desk 24 hours a day all year round - no curfew, no lockout time. There are mostly multi-bed rooms used as dorms, but you can have also private rooms. Toilets and bathrooms with hot shower(separate for male and female) are on each floor. Prices include breakfast, all taxes, linen and a towel!
On the ground floor there is a TV room with FREE internet connection (20 minutes) and FREE WIFI INTERNET CONNECTION, in the basement you will find a really good restaurant serving Czech and international cuisine. However there is fully equipped kitchen. If you want to stay in the very center of Prague at very little cost, Advantage Hostel is the best choice!
