I very much enjoyed my stay. It is well a well run hostel with high standards all round. The breakfast was in typical israeli style, fresh and with plenty of choice. The catering staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Spectacular views of Lake Galilee and surrounding hills and mountains. Peaceful, tranquil place to relax, woken by sound of birdsong. Ideal to rent a car as would need to rely on taxis to get to and from Tiberias.
Hostel Overview
The guest house resides on the Poriya Mountain side, approx. 6 kilometers south of Tiberias, facing the Sea of Galilee. 26 wooden cabins, high standard, including refrigerator, T.V. and coffee set.In addition, there is a central building with 18 rooms, youth hostel standard including A/C, shower and bathroom. Free internet access available.

The Dining Room seats 220. Breakfast included in price. Additional meals (including packaged meals) should be ordered in advance. Food is Kosher.
