esay location to find next to train station. nice lobby, pay wifi. self catering kitchen: no microwave, broken oven, slobs left dishes unwashed.
Breakfast was copious, as usual. It would be nice to have some hot milk for the coffee.
The presence of permanent residents was disturbing to travelers. One resident snored like a freight train. The front desk staff was helpful in moving us to a different room, but I wish they would not allow permanent residents in the first place.
Security is very poor and it's not very clean
at night staff lady was not friend, also she was so busy to talk with somebody. but in the morning the staff was so nice, kind.
Very good modern hostel, close to town, nice big family room. staff very friendly and efficient, good lounge and library, good kitchen and great to be able to take self cooked food into dining room if necessary. close by train station but not a problem. Had to keep the bathroom door open as otherwise it smelt but that a small issue. nice to have a double bed and bunks.
The only thing that could be better was having a bath mat by the shower in our ensuite as there was always a pool of water. We were impressed. at the comfort and cleanliness.
Kitchen facilities didn't seem adequate (dry food storage, overall space)--especially if the hostel were to be busy. No paper towels in ensuite bathrooms. Some staff fantastic; others seemed as though they wished they were somewhere else!
fairly good
Other than the room being very musty , which I resolved by opening the window for a while, everything was just fine
