Staff were really helpful and central location made getting around easy, good value for money!

Good situation of hostel, but no any comfort - bathroom lis looking really miserably, and staff to cool to be all the time at the reception.

There was no kitchen! Only one single microwave for everybody. The wifi only worked in the common room, and not at all if more than three people were trying to use it at once. Location was good, however. The cards for the door deactivateEGERY day, so you have to recharge them every day at reception. Not biggie, but annoying.

When I wanted to check in, the guy at the desk was busy with his own stuff and it took about 5-10 minutes to have the opportunity to check in. The rooms were ok, but the floor was quite dirty. Also the bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was really simple and the bread was quite hard. Not was I've expected from HIHostel.

Not a "hostelers" hostel. No hot water, no access to rooms between 11-3.. Much room for improvement.

Excellent place to stay and meet people. The showers only have one heat setting but if you don't like the temperature of them, there is probably another shower that will suit you better. It's a great place to meet people.

Hostel in VERY bad condition. The showers were terrible: water went everywhere, are on a timer, and you can't adjust the temperature. Some had no hot water, another scorching hot. Room was passable but very tired, with no space for bags and no individual reading lights. Staff friendly enough but not particularly efficient. No towels to hire. No bikes. Breakfast was appreciated though, although the serving times were too early for my tastes. I really expect a lot more from a HI hostel. Very disappointed.

Dorm room was frequently left unlocked, key system was confusing, and there were often no staff at the front desk (where I needed to get my key since you were supposed to give it back every time you left the hostel). Dorm room had only one (overhead) light so people coming in either disturbed everyone or were left to change and get their beds made in the dark. The price was good and the location was nice, but only stay here if you have no other options.

Some very noisy people were there when my dad and I stayed, but the staff were very efficient and let us change rooms to stay in a family room. Overall, a great hostel, but it needs some modernising and the bathrooms need a good clean and renovate.

Je ne reviendrais probablement pas dans cette auberge...
