Portal del Samán Hostel belongs to the most important budget accommodation network in the world: Hostelling International. It is located in the rural area of the Municipality of Montenegro, 20 km from Armenia, capital of the Departmento del Quindío, an important region of Eje Cafetero (Coffee Core).From Portal del Samán Hostel, you will be able to visit Parque Nacional del Café Coffe National Park), find out about our coffee history and enjoy the many attractions that it offers to its visitors. It is also fun horse riding and trips in the area in the typical Jeep Willis. Do not forget to tour La Vieja River in handcrafted boats and visit Parque Nacional de la Cultura Agropecuaria (Agricultural Cuture National Park) which is located in the Municipality of Quimbaya, 27 km from Armenia.
