The person working the check-in desk when I arrived did not speak English at all. I was also not aware that there had to be a stamp tax or fee imposed to my bill. Also, this hostel either failed or does not honor the HI Membership discount. Serving breakfast would also be nice as the close-by Bologna hostel San Sisto does. Heard strange sounds at night as if someone was walking up and down the hallways, which was a little worrisome.

Bedlamp non functioning, Corridor lights not functioning, bulbs not replaced, out of soap for laundry and not replaced timely etc.
