the staff felt that is was okay to not help me with my travel plans while they finished up their cell phone conversations. I found this rather rude. While the parties that were there were fun, the volume of the music was too loud for 3 Am.

Our room was smelly, dark, cramped and the bin in the bathroom was never changed!Having stayed in HI hostels before we expected better!
