Staff was helpful. The room was nice. Had it's own toilet as well as one in the hall where multiple people could use the facility. The bed was decently comfortable and the location was great. They have electric converters there which is helpful if your phone or camera battery runs out and you need to charge it.

You should renovate the bathroom, it's clean but it's too old. The shower room is too small, and you can't remove showerhead is also annoying. And the toilet sometimes doesn't work, which is very gross.

Some staff members could have been a bit friendlier, but the location and general look of the hostel was great. Also, I know London can be incredibly expensive, but would it be terrible to offer some complimentary breakfast items? At least tea and coffee. I would just go down the street to a Pret a Manger to get a cheaper more varied service. Anyway, thank you for the stay. I would definitely stay there again when traveling through London.

We were dissappointed to find that although they had advertised that WIFI was free, in fact they charged 5 pounds for 24 hours access. Go to the British Library or McDonalds for free WIFI.

The hostel is opposite British Library where you can get free wifi service. You have to pay for wifi as well as lockers in the hostel.

It was my first time in London, so the location was wonderful and the girls at the reception were very nice at giving information. But, 4 beds in the room would be much better. 5 people in a small room, can turn the atmosphere very tense, as we do not have space to move. And some guest are noisy and unconsiderate with the others. It is important to check for lickings and similar problems - full toilet paper recipients,reading lamps etc. The lamps at the bed do not work. But, in general, it was ok anita

The bed-light was broken, the toilet key in the room is also broken. Moreover, the toilet and the shower room should be separated to use many people in the same room.

Breakfast costs were not included on daily room and there was no free access to internet. The bathroom was with bad smell coming from the drain.

LUTON - Direct train service between Luton Airport Parkway and St Pancras domestic rail station.
