great central location, really friendly staff and security. Great information and maps etc from the front desk. I will definitely be staying there again when over in london.

Excellent hostel! Very pleased with the location, the rooms and the friendly staff. Stayed for a full week in a dormitory. Very pleased with the total experience!

I stayed for 2 weeks and it was quite nice overall. The kitchen could do with more appliances (only one half of a toaster working at the moment) and better equipment. The rooms are pretty quiet.

4th or 5th stay since summer last year. Hostel went from exceptionally clean and nice to rather poor in a short time. what a shame. every time yet another toilet or shower room out of order, cleanliness in bedroom gets worse ... why don't yu properly look after such a great property? Won't return.

Everything was perfect ;) except that few beds in the female dormroom don't have a light close to them. Which is a pity, especially when you need and it's late or early so you don't want to wake up your roommates by using the main one!

We really enjoyed the stay. Everyone at the staff was helpful and friendly, all of them very nice people. The room very clean and comfortable, the common areas (kitchen, toilets, hall and living room) very comfortable too.
