Well run and ideally located in the very lap of the Old Town district. The only issue is the fact that the graffiti art on the interior walls of the hostel is a bit offensive. If you don't mind that part, it is a nice place to stay.

A nice city. The Hostel has a great location, in the middle of the centre but has not a good service.

Right in centre of town, room, run down and scruffy, not very clean/modern and toilets stunk!!!!!

the 'apartment' is appalling. bugs in beds. mold in shower and bathtub. little privacy. blood stains in the sheets. creeky floors and doors. unusable bathroom, shower and kitchen. no towels. no breakfast. terrible.

The reception lady was not very friendly. Did not use more words or greetings than strictly necessory.

In the very heart of the Old Town of Ljubljana, all newly renovated rooms overlook either the river with the famous 'Ljubljana beach' either the picturesque narrow streets of the Old Town and the Ljubljana castle on the hill. At the reception you can book our ALIBI HOSTELS in old town of Piran, the most beautiful town on Slovenian coast.Tourist tax not included in price.

| Bus: | If you come from the main bus and train station: - Just head south towards downtown taking Miklošičeva street. Once you end up at the Prešeren square just turn left across the famous three bridges, then immediately right and continue by the riverside on Cankarjevo nabrežje until you end up in front of the Casablanca bar. Our entrance is in the corner of Casablanca bar and the building with jewellery store." |
| Parking: | Parking is available in Kongresni trg near Zvezda park (200m away from our hostel). |
| Sea port: | If you come from the seaport Koper: - Take the main Tržaška street from the South-Western part of the Ringroad towards the centre, then just continue straight on Aškerčeva street, make the left turn at the third traffic light to Slovenska street and turn right after the third traffic lights to Kongresni trg and Zvezda park where you can park your car. - Once you are in Kongresni trg, all you have to do is to cross the river Ljubljanica either on the three bridges (Tromostovje) or on Šuštarski most to get to Cankarjevo nabrežje where there are many bars. - One of them is Casablanca bar and our entrance is in the corner of Casablanca bar and the building with jewellery store." |
| Location: | Alibi Hostel is located in Cankarjevo Nabrezje 27 in the city centre, just above the Casablanca bar where the whole city centre is within 5-minutes walking distance (e.g. the main square and tourist information centre are just around the corner, train station just 10 minutes walking away)! |
