Everything was really good at this hostel. Even the breakfast was excellent, with 5 pounds you had an excellent eat-all-you-can-eat english break, and no one kicked you out until you were over with it as it happened to me in some other ostels. The staff was really great, they explained me in a really friendly way everything about Liverpool, even where to go out at night, at which time and places. It was much more than I expected for the price.
I have stayed here several times before and the reception staff are excellent. However this time there was a definite downturn in the quality of cleaning. In a week our rubbish bin in the room was emptied only once, the stairs were not swept and their were broken appliances in the room (heated towel rail/ bed light) and the TV had been left unmended for nearly three weeks (perhaps longer) A real shame as I have always enjoyed going there in the past.
The hostel is outdated, and needs to be renovated as soon as possible. The whole inside looks terribly tired. Worst of all the carpets smell so bad. Just alone a new carpet would make a huge difference to this hostel.
really enjoyed my stay especially at bargain price
Very good place and the staff team are sensational !!!
駅から遠い、Wi-Fiは有料、部屋の人が良かったのでこの評価です
realy friendly staff
There is no free wi-fi, and to use the internet is costly. The hostel is structured more as a hotel - not very personable, not conducive to interactions, no character. The best feature is the location - walking distance to the museums and main train station.
really enjoyed stay, coming again in December
It was good except the noise from upstairs
