The bathroom in our room was in a very bad state; water leaking on the floor, wet carpet and moisture. That is sad, cause the place and staff was nice.

bathtub badly needs repair. Its detached from the wall and the water sips to the floor.

The 8 bed dorms are comfortable and have good lockers, and the hostel is in a lovely building and a good area of old town. The toilets for dorms are unfortunately downstairs- not a big problem but a little inconvenient. Staff at reception are very friendly and approachable.

The hostel, in traditional Naxi style, which is recommended by "Lonely Planet" is one of the earliest international youth hostels in Lijiang as well as in China.No cars are allowed to enter the Lijiang old town so please walk down

| Bus: | From bus terminal: Take taxi to “Police Station Old Town ” (RMB 7-8) Once you arrive at the police station which means you are already in the old town. No cars are allowed to enter the town so please walk down the street and pass the police station (You should see a tuck shop at the end of the road) then turn right. You will see the “Fong Guo Yu School” and please walk down the street. Take another right turn then and walk for 10M then you will see our hostel. You could also call us to pick you up once you arrive nearby at 0888-5116118 5102345. |

| Parking: | It is 500M away from the largest carpark--"Old Town Car Park" and 200M away from the "Old Town Police Station Car Park" . |

| Location: | It is in the north east part of the Old Town which is located at the eastern side of Lijiang City. If you are in the Old Town already, please find the "Fair of Forage" (Fair of Forage is a small square but there is no more fair events any more) of Jishan Alley. From there, you could see 'Susan's Naxi Local' and find an alley on the right when facing directly Susan’s. Please walk into the alley and you will reach us. It is only 80M away. |
| Rail: | Take Bus No.13 to "Beimen Si Chang (North Gate Market)" then go straight forward (for about 60M). Take the first left turn into a stone slab road. You will find the "Police Station Old Town" at about 60M down the road. please walk down and pass the police station (You should see a tuck shop at the end of the road) then turn right. You will see "Fang Guo Yu School" and please keep on walking down. Take another right turn then and walk for 20M then you will see the backdoor of our hostel. You could also call us to pick you up once you arrive nearby at 0888-5116118 5102345. |
| Airport: | (A) Take Lijiang airport shuttle bus (RMB15/ per head) to Lijiang new town (The terminal is at CAAC ticket office) then take taxi to “Police Station Old Town ” (RMB7) (B) Take taxi at airport to “Police Station Old Town ” ( About 28km, RMB 80-100) Please walk down the street and pass the police station and take two right turns. It is about 200m away from us. You could also call us to pick you up once you arrive nearby at 0888-5116118 5102345. |
