Hostel Overview

Matkatupa is situated by the southern shore of Lake Kemijärvi. Good swimming beach, fishing grounds and cloudberry bogs nearby. Fishing licenses are available at the hostel. Free use of boat for our guests. The area is also well suitable for caravanners. State hunting grounds nearby. If necessary, the guests will be called for at Kemijärvi railway or bus station.

Accommodation is in cabins. Two appartments available all year round. Both appartments have five beds and all amenities. On off season booking in advance is necessary.
