The hostel is great, the attendants are very kind but the city can be a little dark, be careful.

O hostel é confortável, os funcionários são muito receptivos e nos ajudaram em alguns pontos de Budapeste. O que negativo o hostel é na questão da segurança, pois como estive em baixa temporada, não ficava ninguém cuidando do hostel, sendo nós os responsáveis pela chave. No caso estávamos em dois e não tivemos problemas, mas por exemplo se uma mulher vai e fica sozinha acredito ser perigoso.A limpeza dos quartos não era excelente, tinha pó acumulado perto dos colchões, mas nada que impedisse uma boa noite de sono.

O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático mas não avisou que a cama que eu dormiria estava infestada de BED BUGS !!!! e minha mochila com as roupas que eu viajaria 70 dias pela Europa, ficou no gavetão embaixo da MALDITA cama!! tudo que eu vestia me picava! mandei toda a roupa e a mochila para a lavanderia e pedi para desinfetar, tive que me virar para comprar uma pomada que diminuísse a coçeira, tomei antialérgico que minha amiga me ofereceu. Dormi dia 31 de maio e 1 de junho, hoje - 8 de junho continuo me coçando e meus braços, pernas, pescoço e costas estão todas marcadas. Foi uma das piores experiência de minha vida! não desejo a um inimigo!!! SUgiro que o albergue seja inspecionado e FECHADO pela saude publica!

Dear Sandra, Dear Travellers, I am sorry to write in english, unfortunatelly I don't speak portuguese. I am really sorry for you to have this terribble experience. Unfortunatelly bed bugs can appear in any hostel, because travellers can carry them on they luggages from one country to the other, it has nothing to do with cleanleness. All we can do is having regular fumigation every three month in order to reduce the chance of outbreak to the minimum. Also we take immediate action in each case when a signle piece of bug shows up. Instead of bunk beds we have intimate lofts, with a nice feeling of more personal space. Our in hostel massage service will make your stay even more relaxing.
All of our rooms represent a different life-style, a different culture. Their names speak for themselves: Japan double room - room with clear, minimal design; Africa room (8 beds) - with warm, exotic atmosphare; Space room (5 beds) - where you can feel like sleeping outside under the stars.
Please note, that our “Double Rooms, with shower and toilet” are in fact two fully equipped, separate flats. One is LOCATED ONE METRO STOP FROM THE HOSTEL RIGHT IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA, and the other one is right next to the hostel, in the opposite building. Check in at the hostel!

| Metrô: | The name of the closest metro stop is 'Nyugati Palyaudvar' (Western Railway Station) from here only a short walk: From the underpass exit by fallowing the Szent István krt/Váci út sign, which you can hardly find, but it’s hanging from the ceiling, quiet small and orange, once you find the big WC sign just take the ramp on the left and just go strait, walk towards on Szent István Krt., and our street (Visegradi utca) is the first one on the right. |
| Estacionamento: | PArking on the street is only free after 6pm and before 8am. There are two open air, but guarded parking palces nearby and it is alos possible to park inside the big shopping mal, which is just about 100m from the hostel. |
| Localização: | You can reach our hostel with the following public transports (The name of the stop is 'Nyugati Tér' / Western Railway Station): Metro 3 -blue line Tram: 4, 6 Bus: 6, 26, 91, 191 Night bus: 914, 923, 950. Train: from Airport Terminal 1 The hostel has a lightbox above the gate of the building with our logo (the green house with the letter "A" in it)! Our building is on the left side of Visegradi str, the big white house on the corner. At #12 'Visegradi utca' press the code '#5' on the nameplate next to the gate. Or use the video intercome above the name plate. The hostel is on the 1st floor. |

| Aeroporto: | From Airport Terminal 1 DIRECT TRAIN TO OUR HOSTEL IN 20-25 MIN! Get on the train which stops near the terminal building about every half an-hour. It will take you right near to our hostel to the Nyugati Palyaudvar/Western Railway Station in 25 min. The ticket for the train costs HUF 300 (aprox. EUR 1.2). Between 9 am and 10 pm you can purchase the ticket at the 'Tourinform' office in the terminal building. Before or after these hours tickets can be purchased on the train. From the Nyugati walk towards on Szent István Krt., and our street (Visegradi utca) is the first one on the right. From Airport Terminal 2 Regular city blue buses ('Repteri busz', Bus No. 200) run between the airport (both terminals) and the metro No. 3 (blue line, 'Kobanya Kispest'). Take the metro to Nyugati Pályaudvar, there get out of the train, go left and up the escalator. At the top of the escalator, right after you left the exit doors of the metro, you have to keep to the right, once you find the big WC sign just take the ramp on the left and just go strait, walk towards on Szent István Krt., and our street (Visegradi utca) is the first one on the right. |
