love this hostel but with an early morning start someone shouting in a high pitched voice in the middel of the night was annoying, I felt security should be more vigilant. I ordered a taxi and told by security it had been. The taxi driver found me walking, he had been told to go to the front of the hostel which is on the main road but not the entrance. Perhaps staff could be instructed to explain to taxi firms that the entrance is on the water side.

In general excellent, a very well presented hostel. Staff excellent, facilities in good order. Only quibbles are the lift stopping short of floors 4 and 5 and noise at night - old building so creaky boards. Very well located.

The hostel is very well located, near the buss top and not too far from the main attractions.

Access to the luggage store room is a free for all and anyone could be walking out with whatever they wanted. The kitchen garbage bin was continually overflowing...on a daily basis.

Kitchen was a bit dirty with garbage bin continually overflowing. Luggage room was a free for all with no real effort taken to verify who was taking what.
