Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable - quite springy but otherwise a very comfortable hostel

I had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are spacious and quiet and a big thank you to Matt who greeted me in a very friendly and courteous manner.

My one major disappointment/annoyance was finding that a private room had been booked which was much more expensive than I anticipated since I thought I had booked 2 bed spaces for one night. I would not therefore book online through yourselves again but would contact the hostel direct

Breakfast was a bit shaky, drying room not quite as good as it could be if you are doing loads of outdoor activities.

Excellent bedding and linen. Spacious Kitchen and dinning. Good location. Free Internet service with wifi availability. I would like to make next holiday again with Invergarry lodge.

Hostel Overview
Located in the Great Glen, surrounded by mountains, glens, rivers and lochs, the hostel is ideally situated for outdoor pursuits. This spacious and comfortable hostel has excellent facilities including a large kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a large drying room, bike storage and internet and wifi access. A great base for exploring the Highlands.Please note: Our 5 bedded private room is a family room, this contains 3 single bunks and 1 double.

| Bus: | By Bus: Invergarry is served by Citylink bus services 915 and 916 (Glasgow - Skye) and 919 (Fort William - Inverness). |
| Location: | By Car: Take the A82 to Invergarry. The hostel is in Mandally Road. From the south, Mandally Road is on the left, before the village itself, just past St Finnans Church. From the north, Mandally Road is the first turning on the right after the junction with the A87. Invergarry Lodge is the third house along the lane. From the Great Glen Way: From the south, transfer to the Invergarry Link at Laggan Locks. From the north, transfer to the Invergarry Link at Bridge of Oich. Following the markers for the Invergarry Link will bring you right past the hostel. |
