Hostel Overview
Howmore (Gatliff Hebridean Hostels Trust)Traditional thatched croft-houses near the machair and extensive beaches on the ocean side of South Uist. Easy access to the mountains on the eastern side of the island. Bicycles may be rented nearby. Sheet sleeping-bags, which may be hired, are required.
