Great staff and free wifi. Hire of sheets was an extra 60kr though which isn't cheap! I ended up in a cabin all to myself which was fantastic.

unpleasant noise from refrigeration equipment which could be heard right up in your room. Again and again throughout the night!
Hostel Overview
Set in a peaceful, mountainous area in southern Norway, the hostel makes an excellent base for winter sports and summer hiking,swimming, canoeing, mountain bike and fishing. There are ski lifts nearby as well as a museum of iron mining. We offer accommodation in 25 cabins,various zises and standard.From simple 4-beds campground cabins to comfertable cabins up to 10 persons.Seperate rooms with shower and toilette, and a camping site. Facilities include restaurant,TV room, reseption,laundry, kitchen, sanitary-facilities, playground and a beautiful area by the river suitable for BBQ-evenings.
