FINALLY! A kitchen with fridges, microwaves, washing machines etc . I loved this place and West Lake is the most magical and relaxing lake Ive been to. Dorms are huge and clean and I really liked the fact that wifi worked in a separate area to the noisy, smoky and loud music coming from the restaurant at night especially. The staff were very accommodating. Best hostel Ive been to in China and cheap :) Water and free wifi. Had everything you could want and not overpriced.

This place has a great location a few metres from West Lake and from a couple of good bars. The cafe next door is another real bonus

Good location, close to the lake, but all the noise from the alleyway is clearly heard in the rooms. Staff will not book train tickets as mentioned in the LP guide, so make sure you have time to do this yourself!

This hostel is very nice and located just next to the west lake. However the staff was unwilling to give me the lower dorm bed even though all the beds in my room were empty. The hostel is great but the staff need to improve their friendliness a bit. I still recommend people to visit this hostel.

It's an advantage that there is near Westlake, but it can be dis-advantage that there is far to famous tour place. And Friendliness of Staff, Cleanliness, Security, etc. are very good. But I was only disappointed about Wifi in the room. It's only possible in the reception and restaurant.

Then we will reply to confirm whether the pick-up is available or not.
