Additional rungs or boards are needed to facilitate climbing up to top bunks. Ability to make a cup of coffee seems the least amenity to provide. Thank you! I arrived an hour after closing, and the staff accommodated my reservation. Thank you!

    Hostel response:
Thank you for your suggestions. I'm glad you enjoyed our coffee and that our friendly staff was there to accommodate you!

Unfortunately, the female dorm was turned into a co-ed dorm and 2 guys (who didn't seem to be travelers, but day laborers) made it an uncomfortable situation.

    Hostel response:
Thank you for your comment. We welcome all guests with an open mind. For future stays, please bring concerns to the front desk so we can deal accordingly. Thank you for your stay!

no towels in room or linen closet. Would be nice to have an earlier check-in so you're not arriving at dinner time. 2pm would be a better time especially if somebody is traveling all day to get to the hostel.

    Hostel response:
Sorry about the towels, we were running a little low, but we just ordered some new, fresh, fluffy towels. Although our check in policy is 3:30pm, if you are checking into a dorm, we can sometimes (depending on how much the cleaner has to do) check into your room earlier. It's hard for us to have an earlier check in because we can only afford to have one staff member cleaning both houses from 11am-3:30pm and it can be a lot of work, but we always appreciate a good suggestion. Thank you!
