The directions for getting on the bus were helpful, but when I stepped off the bus coming from the airport I was really confused. So maybe a little more detail on walking directions would have been helpful.

The rent must include breakfast. The internet facility should also be considered.

Bonjour Nilendra, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts online abut your stay with us... It's definately the best way to continuously improve ourselves! Regarding the breakfast, I'm afraid there must have been a miscommunication since we do offer basic goods (pankake mix, coffe, oat meal...) for everyone and for free. Besides, we have a Cafe that also offers a warm menu a la carte for a more elaborate breakfast that you need to pay for. That said, I'll pass the message along to the staff in order to pass the information better to all guests. As for the Internet, wifi is accessible to everyone and everywhere for free (common rooms and sleeping rooms).. Again, I'll make sure that all guests are aware of all our facilities and services. People from Europe are used to have the taxes included in prices, therefore you might have some surprised costumers. It would also be OK if the price we get at the time of booking is the price of none-members. (Better to have some % posent discount if you are a member). In short: The amount of money you pay by arrival should be the same as you get on your confirmation. (included taxes).

| Airport: | Taxicab: Current rate is about $38. Prices are explicitly posted inside all taxicabs. --- 747 Express bus: It runs 24h, 365 days a year between Montréal's central bus terminal (Berri-UQAM metro station) and Montreal-Trudeau airport. Nine stops in each direction. There is a bus stop close to the hostel, at the corner of Guy & René-Lévesque (coming from the airport) and at the corner of Bishop & René-Lévesque (going to the airport). Buses on the 747 route are equipped with three luggage racks for the convenience of travellers. The $7 fare is payable in cash aboard the bus - coins only, bills are not accepted. |
