Rooms very small (especially shared dorms) although everything else was fautless. Staff were extremely helfpul and very knowledgeble. Inclusive breakfast (like most other hostels in Canada would be beneficial.

I stayed in the new building, with 4 people sharing a room with two double deckers. To my surprise, the cleanliness design is almost like a hotel, except that the showers are outside. Buses to town are not very frequent(40 minutes), so be sure not to miss it!

I don't think that Hosteling International should take advantage of the higher rates charged in Banff to not give the services I find in many other Canadian Hostels ie: breakfast. Making our own breakfast even if it is just pancakes or toast is a great way to start the day... eating with other Hostelers.

    Hostel response:
Hello, thanks for taking the time to review our hostel. We do our best to provide good value at our hostel for the price, which is very similar to the other hostels in town. Our restaurant does have various options, but the opportunity to make your own breakfast is also there, in either of our fully-equipped guest kitchens with our other guests.

The free bus pass was fantastic! I was in the new building and it was very quite. I am not sure what it is like at other times, but if you are looking to party, you will not find it here.

**Free Secure Luggage Storage** Every bed has a locker big enough to fit a large human being (don't do it, though), AND they have outlets for recharging your electronics while they're locked away!

**On-site Pub & Game House** There's free pool and foosball tables and a different event every night such as 'Jam Night,' 'Karaoke Night,' and live bands - and most importantly, dirt-cheap highballs and beers! Meet other travelers, have a few too many, and see where the night takes you!

**Kitchens** Our large guest kitchens (yep, plural - we've got two of them) are fully equipped with lots of seating and commercial-quality cooking facilities including a walk in fridge!

**Looking For Work?** Our Job Seekers Package is the best long-term stay deal in Banff – From $322.00 which includes - 14 nights’ accommodation, 60 minutes’ internet kiosk time, tons of local info and a welcome drink in our bar. Best of all if you find a job and/or accommodation in town all unused nights are refundable. Blackout dates and conditions apply.

**Our Front Desk Staff*** We push local suppliers hard to get you discounts on all sorts of activities - rafting, hiking, guided tours, skiing, you name it!! Just as the Front Desk agents when you check in. Odds are we have done it and have plenty of stories and deals on everything that's on your bucket list!
