Beautiful location, realy close to the beach. Wonderful and helpful staff makes you feel very welcome. I will highly recommend this hostel to anyone who looking for a high standard , but low cost holidays!
Hostel Overview
The Makarska Riviera is famous for its beautiful pebble beaches stretching beneath the steep slopes of the mountain Biokovo. Gradac is sitauate at the southern end of Makarska Riviera, some 40 km south of the city of Makarska. Driving alongside the Makarska Riviera is an unforgetable experience and a must for all travelers. Gradac is an ideal small town for a relaxing vacation but it also offers a wide range of sports facilities, intensive gastronomical offer and many excursions (to the islands of Korčula and Hvar, Dubrovnik, Međugorje, etc.). Hostel Jedro (jedro in Croatian means sail) is located in the centar of town, only 120 meters away from the sea. The hostel consist of 3 villas and one restaurant building. All buildings are built in domestic Dalmatian style in 1954. In 2008. the buildings were completely renovated. The big hostel parcel (6000 square meters) is nicely designed with mediterranean flora.
