Took too long to check in because the person at front desk decided to serve other people while serving me, and then forgot about serving me altogether. Room door was broken and did not lock

Great hostel stay in Glasgow and 15min walk to Glasgow City Centre and great day trip to Edinburgh by train.

The room i was staying in had a bathroom where tiles were missing. The carpet was stained and the shower was black with mold.

It should be informed that the wifi are not free. But the rest are great.

They need to clean the bath room / shower. a lot of mold in the corner just throw some bleach without scrubbing will do.

The Glasgow hostel is situated in the historic west end of Scotland’s largest city.
