Put your name on items in the fridge and don't leave food in bags outside the fridge- My fruit was taken out of the refrigerator and my granola bars off the shelf, which a staff member attributed to the cleaning staff discarding items outside the fridge because they assume they'll go bad.

the hostel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The kitchen was small, hot and very ill equipped e.g. four dinner plates for everyone to use. The airconditioning was turned off during the hottest part of the day apparently because most people are out during the daytime.

The overall best thing about the hostel is the fairly large swimming pool. A real neccessity in the heat.

Our multi-lingual staff will be more than able to answer your questions.

Floriano Peixoto Street until you get to Antonio Raposo Street, turn right. The hostel is located half a block. 2- Take a taxi. The fare is 14,00R$ - 16,00R$.
