Due to ongoing road works around the hostel and in the city center of Foligno (march 2012), the hostel was badly indicated and not easy to reach with a trolley or suitcase.

Hostel Overview

Housed in an ancient palace, the Foligno hostel welcomes guests with a frescoed and fascinating ambience, renovated and intact. Throughout the rest of this ancient Umbrian settlement, there are small, medieval jewels that have been preserved - the Duomo from the 12th century, the captivating Trinci Palace and the very old Cathedral of Santa Maria with a chapel from the 8th century. A regional historic and artistic center, Foligno is a perfect base for checking out intriguing Umbrian towns with an immutable medieval atmosphere like Todi, Spoleto and Perugia, while there are numerous opportunities for trips up to the Sassovivo Sanctuary.
