The staff was unfriendly and the line at reception was quite long at most times of day. The staff seemed inefficient. The biggest frustration of all was how so many things seemed to cost extra. No hostel card? That will cost you extra. Bedsheets? They are required, and cost extra. Towel? extra. Breakfast? extra. Hand soap in the bathrooms? no, that costs extra. Why this price model? I think customers would be much happier if the room or bed cost a little more, and then the hostel provided a DISCOUNT for having a hostel card, or bringing your own towel, etc. Things like sheets, or hand soap in the bathrooms are hygiene related and should not be an extra cost. On the other hand, I was glad that the hostel had a kitchen for guests to use.

It is very difficult to find the hostel due to the fact that it is not located on the map which we, tourists, usually take from the airport. However, the service from the staff (esp. the receptionist) was awesome; friendly and helpful.

I think the sheets should be included in the price per night (because we almost don´t have an option- the sleeping bags were forbidden) and the price for the breakfast is too high (8€) when compared with lunch or dinner. I expected more interaction with other guests (and its not an hostel problem), but maybe the hostel could promote some activities to facilitate people could know each other (because for me knowing other people is an important part of the trip and I have stayed in other hostels that promoted it)

It was very disappointing to find out upon our arrival that prices were not as they were when I have booked rooms. We had to pay more because we did not have membership card and this was unexpected because I haven't seen this information when I was making on-line reservation. I also disliked the fact that hostel is charging extra for everything (bed linen, towel, remote). Not even basic things, such as soap, were included. Finally, we could have payed same accommodation price somewhere else and have stress free stay.

Don't forget your hostel card or you will have to pay a guest fee per night. Good hostel if you're only here to sleep.
