Very nice staff. The hostel is very beautiful! The common areas are very large and there is an external area which has a beautiful garden. Great place for the parties that take place very often at the hostel.

Very well organized hostel at good location. Should be more of these places. Only point of critic is that the atmosphere could be better, in some way it misses something 'special'..

Good friendly staff. it was raining when we arrived and asked for umbrellas. they didnt had any, but asked for 5 minutes and went to buy umbrellas for us. really good service!

Great location! Sweet town. Nice staff. Moved our stuff for us when I mixed up the booking and only booked one night. As a result, some stuff got lost, but that was probably our fault. Would definitely recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my stay in El Viajero Hostel in Colonia. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hostel offered many opportunities to be immersed in the culture, like making chivitos and hosting live cumbia music. There is a fireplace in the living room that was very cozy and a good place to meet other travelers. And it was cheap :) I would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is perfect to walk and see the sights but I thought the facilities would be more comfortable and the place nicer.
