    Prices too high, the breakfast included never arrived, at the front desk there was noone at anytime; humidity in the room, towels no complementary;

    Hostel response:
    Thanks for your comments,this guest told us that she work for a hotel and that a hostel was not on the same level, so we are worried that she was searching for hotel service on hostel price. Even that she use the room the hole say, refuse to pay the full price, even on check out time was trying to blame the staff that they kept her passport, till she finally sear on her luggage and found that is been there all the time. we hope that on your next visit to a hostel do not expect a hotel, because they are not the same thing. I highly recommend staying here. Bernado the hostel manager is extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and value for money is very good too. One suggestion: it would be great if the hostel provides a mobile phone number. On several occasions, I and other guests needed to gain access to the hostel to check in, but the manager was out and, in my case, I had to wait in the street an hour and a half for him to return before I could check in! Nonetheless, this is an excellent hostel in every other respect.

    Hostel response:
    Michael, thanks for your comment, Im glad you enjoy the hostel and definitly we apologies for the waiting time period as a result of an internal inconvenience, we hope to see you back soon. Cheers Bernardo O. HCC Manager
