| Bus: | From Santiago, there is a NILAHUE Bus that goes direct to Las Trancas Hostel. You can also go with the LÍNEA AZUL Company but it arrives in Chillán. Once there, you have to change at the Cosntitución Terminal to the same LINEA AZUL Company. If you are travelling by train, you will arrive in Chillán. The bus terminal is located in front (diagonally). The bus going to Las Trancas is LINEA AZUL. There is another bus terminal, Terminal Sargento Aldea. The buses departing from there leave every 1 or 2 hours from Monday to Saturday. It also works on Sundays although the departures are not as frequent. |

| Location: | Its great location at the foot of the Andes Mountains, invites you to enjoy nature and history. It allows you to watch fertile and beautiful crops and green vegetation surrounded by the Chillán, Diguillín and Renegado rivers. On the route, there is the Cueva de los Pinchiera, a natural cave that served as shelter to well known mountaineers. El Valle de Las Trancas is a mountain villa with several tourist services, adventure tourism companies, ski slopes, cabins, restaurants and hotels. From there, it is possible to watch the beautiful mountainous landscape with abundant vegetation, oak forests, lenga trees and coihue trees. Impressive water falls, cliffs and lots of snow in winter. In the background, you can admire the stunning Chillán volcano. |
| Rail: | 73.5 km from Chillan. You have to go to Las Termas, going past Pinto, Recinto, Los Lleuques, Las Cuevas de Los Pincheiras and Valle Las Trancas. We are located next to Carabineros (Police). |
