The hostel was so bad that we run away as soon as we saw the room. Quite out of the city center; staff doesn't speak any english (apart for one lady that is not at reception but has to be called on the phone) Worst ever experience with Hi Hostel around the world!!!

Dear Sir or Madam, I’am very sorry to hear about the recent complaint about our hostel. I have read the comments about our accommodation made by the individual and it is my intention, now that I am aware of there, that I will address them. As part of the hostel organization it is my aim to provide a quality service for a reasonable price. We have our customers best interests at heart and hope everyone that stays at our hostel leaves happy. Obviously this time it has not been the case and we take the opportunity to improve going forward. We are currently undergoing building works to modernize the rooms, which we hope to be complete soon. This covers part of the complaint made and as previously mentioned, now we are aware of the other items we will work on improving our service. We appreciate constructive feedback wheather positive or negative as it gives us the ability to tailor our service to the customers needs.
