no hot water at anytime we attempted a shower. It would be nice if blinds on door windows could be heavier. Everytime a hall light was left on we could essentially read in our room.

Old building and location is very nice. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms, toilets and also the rooms on the top (e.g. windows) are realy dirty. Breakfast is very poor, if you campare in with other hostels in BA.

The name "hostel Suites" is so misleading! It was run down and dirty ...Luckily the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Towel availablility was not clear in regards to dorm rooms. The website said they were available, but it didn't state that they were not in the dorm rooms. Also with booking any excursions not all information was passed along, like the city tour didn't actually leave from the noted location and it didn't end at the same place. Also I wanted to book the Colonia day tour and kept being told I didn't could wait to book it until the day before, but then it was full when I went to book it. But the tour options were great and they were a nice compliment to my trip.
