BED BUG ALERT! We found bed bugs in my bunk. The front desk employees killed a couple that were crawling on the rafters. The owner didn't even apologize, just moved me to another room without so much as a "sorry". The owner, Daniela, made my stay pretty horrible.
Hostel response:
We didn´t know why you said that, because we gave for the problem more than 3 free night, and we organiced the things and your next stay in Iguazu we do the best for you, we fixed the problem and a company coming to clean the area and you saw it.
we gave you any thing you need even food!
Sorry about what happended and we apologige before is not good said lies and you know that, if for that, we can´t underestand what happended to you
All the best in your trip
The hostel Inn Staff
Overall good but would have been better with lockers that worked and a sofa so people could relax and chat.
Hostel response:
Claire! Thanks for your feedback
All the best,
The hostel Inn Staff
Very helpful and friebdly staff, the place is nice and clean, the location is really nice, close to the subway and all interesting places in the downtown, but calm and quiet, I recommend it!
We mentioned a leaking watertank to the staff which caused no water from shower, crane and toilet. No action was taken, so the responsiveness of staff was poor. One of our towles was dirty.
awesome place to stay with super nice and efficient staff. Helped arrange accomodations at another HI hostel in Iguazu Falls for me and numerous cab rides. limited common area.
generally good . lovely people and helpful staff . quite clean . nothing to complain about . well ... maybe a bit boring breakfast
Everything was very good, exept location of the room with the window with side stairs view which are very, very step and narrow. I will go there again.
I liked the entire staff but Ricky was the shining star of the them all. He was above and beyond helpful and confident that he could answer all of my questions.
