Stayed in one of the ground floor dorm room, i think there is only one shower room, ie no female and male shower rooms. And one of the shower space have no hot water or pressure and one of them is flooding. Good breakfast.

Nice place. only issue would be lack of any soap in toilets/rooms. staff very chatty and helpful

The corridor outside the room carried noise very well, plus the doors at either end slammed shut. The doors to the room had to be manually locked, rather than locking automatically, which made the rooms unsecure. The staff seemed to be unable to provide any information on the local area or events, telling me I needed to go to the tourist office. Even when I asked for more information on the posters in the foyer I was told they didn't know anything about them. I've never had such uninformative staff at a hostel.

stuff is so unfriendly, they did not help me even one time. there is a problem with hot water pressure. the room was so cold. etc etc

Room felt insecure, door does not lock automatically and was separate from the main building. No lunch/dinner available in the hostel. Location was a bit of a walk out of town, but given the price I think this is okay. Breakfast was good

The hostel should consider either adding another computer or limiting user times if there is a queue of people waiting. I tried to address this issue with the staff and was treated very rudely. I was spoken to in a condescending manner and nothing was done to address my concern.

Set in its own grounds just 15 minutes walk from the train station, the hostel is conveniently located for exploring the cobbled streets and spectacularly beautiful buildings of this medieval town.It consists of a main building and two wings where groups are largely self-contained, and offers 208 beds in 46 rooms. Facilities include living-room, cosy bar, TV room, gardens and playground. WIFI-Hotspot !!! Hostel has Wireless Highspeed Internet acces !!!! You can connect your own laptop or use the internet kiosk.
